This is a 2025 comedy drama written and directed by Jim Jarmusch. It follows three estranged family relationships in three different countries around the world. The film explores family dynamics, the mysteries of what parents conceal and how little adult children often understand about their parents’ true lives. The three different families are set in USA New Jersey, Dublin, and Paris. This is a subtle artistic anthology which favours quiet awkward family dynamics over traditional drama.
